Your Opportunity

As a Systems Analyst on our Enterprise Applications team, you will play a pivot role in ensuring that our product and business stakeholder needs translate directly to system value. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, executing system configurations and report build-outs using SaaS tools, triaging issues to provide context to vendors for resolution using an analytic mindset, and participating in QA and UAT testing during release cycles.

What you will do

Business Requirements Translation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Ensure that the goals, value, and impact are clearly outlined and understood for proper prioritization with other configurations in flight.

  • Maintain clear documentation and provide timely status updates throughout the lifecycle of requests.

  • Ability to utilize and build knowledge with our applications to provide system specific scenarios and details needed to execute.

System Configuration and Reporting:

  • Execute configuration changes or report build-outs using the various SaaS-based tools to meet the business needs.

  • Develop and execute reporting solutions that support operational and business performance analysis by delivering insights that inform business decisions and process improvements.

Data Analysis and Troubleshooting:

  • Utilize application knowledge as well as data analysis to troubleshoot issues and provide insights in areas of opportunity.

  • Identify, Perform initial triage on issues reported to analyze, reproduce, report, and push to resolution via internal or vendor side coordination.

  • Monitor data integrity across systems by identifying inconsistencies or gaps, performing validation, and coordinating resolution with internal teams and/or vendors as needed.

Technical Liaison:

  • Act as a liaison between technical vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitate communication and ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

Release Cycle Activities:

  • Participate in QA and UAT testing as part of release cycle activities.

  • Support change management processes, including documenting changes, assessing impact, and coordinating deployments across environments; ensure adherence to internal controls and change governance standards.

  • Ensure quality and functionality of system updates and new features.

What will make you successful here

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Jr Systems Analyst

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role working with enterprise applications (including internships or equivalent experience).

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare preferred; developing understanding of value-based care data and systems.

  • Ability to support system configuration and reporting tasks with guidance, demonstrating a learning mindset and attention to detail.

  • Certifications or proven course work in the following preferred:

    Population Health based applications

    Salesforce/CRM/ERP based solutions

    SQL

    Report building/Analytics

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficiency in translating business objective to application use to understand utilization impact

  • Ability to utilize SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms to analyze, present, and provide actionable insights to various cross functional teams.
