Your Opportunity

We are seeking an Epic Analyst -Support & Training to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role bridges frontline support and system build by translating operational needs into actionable feedback for analyst and build teams.

What you will do

  • Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives

  • Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities

  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality

  • Collaborate with Epic Analyst III and project teams to validate solutions

  • Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations

  • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation

  • Create and maintain training materials and support documentation

  • Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption

What will make you successful here

  • Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience

  • Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment

  • Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Epic go-lives or large optimization efforts

  • Formal or informal training or instructional experience
