Your Opportunity
We are seeking an Epic Analyst -Support & Training to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role bridges frontline support and system build by translating operational needs into actionable feedback for analyst and build teams.
What you will do
Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives
Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities
Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality
Collaborate with Epic Analyst III and project teams to validate solutions
Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations
Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation
Create and maintain training materials and support documentation
Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption
What will make you successful here
Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience
Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Epic go-lives or large optimization efforts
Formal or informal training or instructional experience
