Wearlinq is reimagining ambulatory cardiac monitoring with the first FDA-cleared, real-time, six-lead EKG designed to be easier for patients, clinicians, and health systems alike. We sit at the intersection of clinical cardiology, hardware, software, and data, building products that turn complex cardiac signals into clear, actionable insights.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and shape our clinical cardiology product portfolio. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who deeply understands cardiac rhythm monitoring and is excited to build the tools that power arrhythmia detection, reporting, and clinical decision-making at scale. You will work closely with clinical, commercial, and engineering partners to define strategy, deliver clinician-facing products, and influence the future of cardiac monitoring as we grow from fast-moving startup to enterprise health system partner.
Responsibilities:
- Set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for current cardiac remote monitoring product, focusing on tech internal tools, collaborating closely with director of product, commercial and clinical team.
- Gather Requirements & Drive User-Centered Design: Collaborate with physicians, health systems, and patients to capture feedback and translate it into intuitive product features and interfaces.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback from internal teams (e.g., clinical, commercial, operations) and external stakeholders (from physicians, medical assistants, health systems, patients) to continually refine and improve products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with clinical, commercial, engineering, design, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Regulatory and Clinical Strategy: Partner with regulatory and clinical teams to define and execute the necessary pathway for product clearance and validation, ensuring compliance with medical device standards.
- Travel: occasional travel during onboarding, training, and launch.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software product management, including translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- 2+ years experience in ambulatory cardiac monitoring or cardiac rhythm detection
- Experience applying techniques and methods of modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery.
- Experience facilitating the development of product vision, strategic roadmaps, and launch strategy for services and products.
- Possess problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Expert of business analysis skills; including, but not limited to, process and user flow definition and business KPIs.
- Experience navigating the regulatory landscape for medical devices or software (e.g., FDA 510(k)), including clinical validation studies.
- Bonus, but not required: Demonstrated experience defining product requirements for data-intensive projects, including experience with algorithm development or machine learning in a clinical setting.
