Job Summary

Troomi is a rapidly growing company that provides safe, controlled cellular phones for children of all ages. This person will be key in handling customer support issues and coordinating with other team members to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users with installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades of new Cellular phones and software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and test to determine the nature and likely causes of issues and recommend corrective action.
  • Coordinate with Tier 2 team to research and resolve escalated issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure problems were resolved and/or recommend further action to ensure non-recurrence and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with QA and testing efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a support role.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Android phones is a big plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative to resolve issues.
  • Ability to problem solve through analysis of a situation, where there are a variety of variables.
  • Some levels of stress associated with customer service role.
  • Some weekend and holiday work may be required.

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM, part-time positions available
