Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Special Orders team in the Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for accurately processing outbound orders to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations in addition to maintaining an organized work area. The ideal candidate has prior order fulfillment experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outbound shipments within the company internal portal
• Accurately scan labels into portal to record inventory details prior to shipping
• Place orders in appropriate packaging cartons to prep for outbound shipping
• Process shipments through relevant shipping program and record tracking within internal portal
• Ensure accurate SKU’s are shipped according to order request
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in designated Special Order department
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and inventory teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience working in order fulfillment or similar warehouse role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (scanning systems, inventory software, data entry)
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with inventory control
• Experience with handheld scanners
• Experience using shipping systems
