The Mission
Tenovi provides the cellular-enabled backbone for the world’s leading Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platforms. We are looking for a high-velocity Account Executive to drive net-new revenue by bridging the gap between cold prospects and scaled clinical operations.
In this role, you aren't just selling devices; you are selling clinical efficiency and revenue growth to C-suite leaders at RPM service providers and EHR platforms. You own the "Strategic Hunt"—navigating the journey from initial discovery to enterprise integration with grit, poise, and a deep understanding of the RPM landscape.
Core Responsibilities
● New Logo Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle for your assigned market, from self-sourcing pipeline and bypassing gatekeepers to closing high-value enterprise contracts.
● C-Suite Strategy: Translate technical specs into financial business cases. You must align with CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs on ROI, patient compliance, and clinical workflows.
● Regulatory Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on CMS reimbursement drivers and CPT codes (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458), demonstrating how Tenovi’s "no-sync" technology ensures billing eligibility.
● The 90-Day Sprint: Manage the velocity of a 3-month average sales cycle. Orchestrate IT, Legal, Clinical, and Procurement stakeholders to keep deals moving toward signature.
● Seamless Handoffs: Ensure a clean transition to the Customer Success and Implementation teams by documenting scope, success criteria, and initial use cases to guarantee long-term partner scale.
Who You Are (The Hybrid Toolkit)
● The Acquisition Expert: You have a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals within a 60–120 day window.
● RPM Native: You understand the "connectivity gap" and how CMS reimbursement structures drive industry behavior.
● Technical Translator: You are comfortable discussing API integrations and how they impact clinical outcomes and patient compliance.
● Pipeline Disciplined: You maintain high CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and a self-sufficient "hunter" mentality.
● Strategic Communicator: You excel at boardroom presentations and high-stakes Zoom calls, focusing on strategy over feature-dumping.
Success Metrics
● Net New Revenue (ARR) and New Logo acquisition.
● Pipeline creation and coverage.
● Win rates and sales cycle efficiency (Target: 90-day cycle).
● Quality and completeness of post-sale handoffs.
