The Mission
At Tenovi, we provide the cellular-enabled backbone powering the world’s leading Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platforms. We’re looking for a high-velocity Account Executive to drive net-new revenue by connecting cold prospects to scalable clinical operations.
This role goes beyond selling devices — you’ll be selling clinical efficiency, operational scalability, and revenue growth to executive leaders at RPM service providers and EHR platforms. You’ll own the “Strategic Hunt,” leading prospects from discovery through enterprise integration with grit, polish, and deep knowledge of the RPM landscape.
Core Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition
- Own the full sales cycle within your assigned market
- Self-source pipeline opportunities and navigate around gatekeepers
- Close high-value mid-market and enterprise contracts
C-Suite Strategy
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes
- Partner with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and executive stakeholders on:
- ROI and revenue growth
- Patient compliance
- Clinical workflow optimization
Regulatory Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert on CMS reimbursement drivers and RPM CPT codes, including:

- 99454
- 99457
- 99458
Demonstrate how Tenovi’s “no-sync” cellular technology supports billing eligibility and patient adherence
The 90-Day Sprint
- Manage a fast-moving average sales cycle of approximately 90 days
- Coordinate across IT, Legal, Clinical, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to maintain momentum through signature
Seamless Handoffs
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams
- Ensure complete documentation of:
- Scope
- Success metrics
- Initial use cases
- Support long-term partner growth and scalability
Who You Are
The Acquisition Expert
- Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise deals within a 60–120 day sales cycle
- Thrives in a true hunter environment
RPM Native
- Strong understanding of RPM workflows, reimbursement structures, and the industry’s connectivity challenges
Technical Translator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations and technical workflows
- Able to connect technical capabilities to clinical outcomes and patient compliance
Pipeline Disciplined
- Maintains excellent CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Operates independently with strong pipeline ownership
Strategic Communicator
- Confident leading executive-level presentations and high-stakes virtual meetings
- Focuses on business strategy and outcomes rather than feature-heavy demos
