We are an industry-leading, rapid-growth healthcare technology company seeking an experienced Integrations Engineer.
Responsibilities
API Support Specialist
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and channel partners integrating with Tenovi’s Hardware Integration (HWI) and Automated Supply (ASR) APIs
- Troubleshoot webhook delivery failures, API authentication issues, device-to-cloud data flow problems, and SDK integration errors
- Review partner integration architectures and provide technical guidance before and during go-live
- Maintain and improve developer-facing documentation, runbooks, and integration guides
- Triage and escalate bugs and edge cases to the engineering team with clean reproduction steps and context
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases so solutions scale beyond individual support tickets
Technical Account Management
- Own the post-sales technical relationship for a book of strategic accounts
- Conduct regular technical health reviews and proactively surface risks before they become escalations
- Translate customer friction patterns into product feedback for the engineering and product teams
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion conversations where technical depth is a differentiator
- Develop integration playbooks that reduce onboarding time for new partners
- Represent the customer’s technical perspective in internal roadmap discussions
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role: solutions engineering, developer support, integration engineering, or similar
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs: authentication, pagination, error handling, webhooks
- Ability to read and write code in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
- Strong written communication: you’ll explain complex technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working with cloud-based data architectures and understanding how data flows between systems
- Healthcare tech, IoT, or device-to-cloud experience is a plus but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data interoperability standards
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring (RPM) or telehealth platforms
- Prior experience in a TAM or post-sales technical role
- Exposure to tools like Datadog, Postman, or API monitoring platforms
