Position Overview:

As an SMB and MidMarket Customer Success Manager, you are the cornerstone of our customers' journey. You will manage a large portfolio of our small, but scaling clients, guiding them from onboarding to adoption through scalable engagements and targeted individual efforts. Your goal is to ensure every client achieves their initial value quickly and builds a strong foundation for long-term success with our devices.

Tenovi’s remote monitoring programs require a CSM that is tech-savvy, with a passion for device hardware and software in healthcare. You will support many different use cases for Tenovi remote monitoring across your book of business. You’ll conduct engagement and drive growth with your accounts by serving as a trusted advisor and bringing best practices in remote monitoring to them. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of customer success, account management, or sales experience —ideally within healthcare, medtech, or a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of 100+ SMB and MidMarket accounts.
  • Strategically direct your time, developing a prioritized system to focus efforts on maximizing customer satisfaction, net dollar retention, and growth.
  • Help deliver onboarding sessions and webinars to help new customers get started efficiently.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product and Rev Ops to help develop and maintain our scaled customer marketing strategy
  • Monitor customer health metrics and product usage data to proactively identify and address at-risk accounts.
  • Hold business reviews. Identify and close growth, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for issues and cases.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform our product roadmap and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record in driving gross and net revenue retention.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building with decision-makers.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for making complex topics simple.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Hubspot and experience with email marketing and customer support platforms.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in RPM or digital health solutions or with a software product that is primarily API-based.
  • Experience with hardware and software products: supporting customers with optimizing logistics and operations.
  • Understanding of healthcare IT (EHR/EMR integration, clinical workflows) and remote patient monitoring technologies.
  • Travel Requirements:

    Occasional travel expected, including client visits and industry events.
