Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 OTE (Base: $120,000 - $130,000)

About the role

We're looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and lead impactful sales initiatives in the remote patient monitoring sector. You will help identify, engage, and close new business, playing a crucial role in managing the entire sales process for large accounts, from building strong relationships with multiple decision-makers to closing long-term, complex contracts.

You'll collaborate across teams, influence product development with customer insights, and position Tenovi as a trusted partner for healthcare organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to leave your mark on a growing company and a dynamic industry as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies tailored to the Remote Patient Monitoring market.
  • Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, initial outreach, negotiations, and expansions.
  • Segment and prioritize prospective clients in collaboration with leadership.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to drive market development through client events, public relations initiatives, and educational programs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Manage and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent Tenovi as a thought leader in the MedTech industry, advocating for innovation in healthcare technology and patient outcomes.
  • Travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.

Experience

  • 5+ years of direct experience in healthcare enterprise sales, selling to remote patient monitoring companies, payers, employers, or healthcare providers.
  • Strong healthcare knowledge – experience working within a healthcare SaaS or DaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • 3+ years of experience selling through indirect channels and distribution partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to healthcare executives and stakeholders.
  • A passion for customer outcomes in mission-critical, patient-facing environments.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to convey compelling ROI-based value propositions.
  • Experience in the MedTech industry, with knowledge of FDA regulations, patient data security, and hardware deployment in healthcare settings is a plus.
