We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of our connected care solutions across healthcare payers, health systems, and value-based care organizations. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting health plans, hospital systems, ACOs, and other risk-bearing healthcare organizations.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with health plans, health systems, ACOs, and value-based care organizations, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite executives, medical directors, population health leaders, clinical operations leaders, and procurement teams.
- Create compelling value propositions demonstrating ROI, clinical outcomes improvement, and operational efficiency through connected care technology adoption.
- Partner with solution architects and clinical teams to design and present tailored solutions that address specific customer challenges in care coordination, remote monitoring, clinical workflow optimization, and population health management.
- Forecast sales activities accurately and maintain detailed documentation in CRM.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful solution deployment.
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, value-based care models, health system operations, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of enterprise healthcare software sales experience, with demonstrated success selling to health plans, health systems, and value-based care organizations.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $3M+.
- Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, health system workflows, value-based care models, and population health management.
- Experience navigating complex healthcare organization decision-making processes and building consensus among diverse clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Experience selling connected care, remote patient monitoring, or digital health solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, HEDIS, clinical workflows, and risk adjustment methodologies.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory environment including HIPAA, information security requirements, and hospital accreditation standards.
- Established relationships within target health plan, health system, and ACO accounts.
- Experience with both fee-for-service and value-based care contracting models.
- 50-60% travel required to client sites and industry events
