The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious, personable, and intelligent individual to serve as SpringTide's primary ambassador and podcast host. You'll be the face and voice of our efforts to position SpringTide as a central authority on healthcare technology and innovation.

Role Description

Your primary responsibility is hosting an interview-style podcast featuring executives, investors, founders, and other industry leaders—with the flexibility to explore additional formats as the show evolves.

Off mic, you'll help identify ideal guests and contacts, nurture these relationships to produce exceptional content, and build trust in SpringTide as an industry thought leader. This role comes with extensive training and support, but requires someone who can drive projects forward with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host compelling podcast interviews with healthcare industry leaders
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential guests and strategic contacts
• Represent SpringTide at conferences, investor meetings, and industry events
• Create content that establishes SpringTide's authority in healthcare innovation
• Build and maintain a network of influential healthcare professionals

Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid role with remote work for tasks that permit it, and in-person responsibilities including studio recordings, conferences, and investor meetings. The position offers flexibility to accommodate other professional interests initially, with an anticipated evolution toward full-time involvement.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in speaking and writing
• Comfort on camera (or eagerness to develop this skill)

• Willingness to build a long-term and successful career in healthcare

Valuable but Not Required:

• Prior media or podcasting experience
• Existing network in healthcare (we provide multiple pathways to integration)
