Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial MBA Intern to join our health tech investment team. The intern will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for MBA candidates with a passion for healthcare, technology, and venture investing to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on healthcare technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify emerging opportunities and assess the potential of innovative startups within the health tech space.

Investment Evaluation:

• Support the investment team in sourcing and screening new deal opportunities.
• Perform due diligence, including market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and technology evaluation.
• Develop investment theses and prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Investment Committee.

Portfolio Support:

• Assist portfolio companies with strategic projects, including go-to-market strategies, financial planning, and operational improvements.
• Provide support in tracking portfolio performance and creating updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Network Building:

• Engage with founders, industry experts, and other venture capitalists to expand the firm’s network.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and startup pitch meetings.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA or PhD program with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, technology, and/or venture capital.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or technology is highly preferred.
