About this role
As a PRN (as-needed) Audiologist at Soundtrace, you'll review audiograms, provide on-site testing support through Soundtrace, and assist with special projects as they come up. Engagement is flexible and driven by demand — you'll bring clinical expertise to our hearing conservation programs when we need it, ensuring every test result meets OSHA and best-practice standards while helping us deliver audiologist-quality oversight at scale.
What you'll do
- Review and interpret audiograms for Soundtrace customers
- Identify standard threshold shifts (STS) and provide follow-up recommendations
- Provide on-site hearing testing support through Soundtrace
- Assist with other special projects across clinical operations as they arise
Who you are
- Licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) with active state licensure
- Experience in occupational or industrial audiology
- Strong understanding of OSHA hearing conservation requirements (29 CFR 1910.95)
- Comfortable working in a technology-forward, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to clinical accuracy
Nice to have
- Experience with audiometric database management or EHR systems
- Background in telehealth or remote clinical operations
