Location: Dallas, Texas
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Full-time: Benefit Eligible
In this role, you will:
- Working closely with Research and laboratory staff, ensure that all studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory and protocol requirements, to ensure the integrity of the study.
- Log, label, and organize research specimens.
- Prepare research specimens for test analysis.
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to study protocol under moderate supervision of department leads/supervisors.
- Assist with preparation of appropriate reagents and controls.
- Assist in biobanking/specimen procurement endeavors.
- Perform and document instrument maintenance checks as required.
- Participate and perform in IVD/Clinical studies as required.
- Validate and implement new tests for studies as needed, in accordance with all regulatory and internal protocols.
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science required
- Molecular biology and/or immunohistochemistry techniques preferred.
- Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.
Bonus points if you’ve got:
- 1 - 2 years of related experience in a anatomic or clinical laboratory, data entry, or production
