This opportunity is full time located at 9200 Wall Street Austin, TX 78754.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day by:

  • Supporting and strengthening compliance programs across our main and regional laboratories.

  • Building and managing systems that identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.

  • Translating complex regulations into practical, easy-to-follow processes.

  • Recognizing when corrective action is needed and implementing effective, thoughtful solutions.

  • Serving as a trusted compliance partner to laboratory teams, clients, regulators, and legal partners.

  • Promoting a culture centered on safety, quality, and integrity.

  • Traveling to laboratory sites (approx. 30%) to conduct audits and support continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of a team that values respect, excellence, honesty, responsibility, and accountability and you’ll help ensure those values are lived out every day.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Compliance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Data Science, or Healthcare Administration

  • Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.)

  • 3 years of experience in medical and/or laboratory billing

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and auditing/monitoring tools

  • Confidence advising leaders and team members on compliance and governance matters

Extra Credit

  • At least 1 year of healthcare compliance experience

  • Familiarity with laboratory billing and information systems such as XiFin or Misys
