Location: Rye Brook, NY

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly rate: $20.00-$25.00/hr

​Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

· Receive incoming shipments at the loading dock and verify contents against purchase orders.

· Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.

Stocking and Organization

· Unpack, label, and stock items in the warehouse, maintaining organized storage areas.

· Rotate stock to minimize expiration of materials.

Distribution

· Deliver supplies to laboratory workstations and respond to supply requests in a timely manner.

Inventory Maintenance

· Assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.

· Update inventory records after receipts and distributions.

· Report low stock levels to the Inventory Specialist.

Documentation and Recordkeeping

· Maintain accurate logs of received and distributed items.

· File delivery receipts and related documentation.

Returns and Disposal

· Prepare items for return to vendors and assist with disposal of expired or surplus materials following company protocols.
