Base hourly pay: $24.76 to $27.24 Depending on experience

In this role, you will:

The Client Services Send-Out Specialist does research for esoteric tests, will be responsible for providing send-out test information, including reference laboratory, specimen requirements, CPT codes, medicare reimbursements, laboratory cost/pricing to CLH staff as well as clients for testing performed by reference laboratories not set up in the system as well as help manage test changes and deactivations by reference laboratories. Work with marketing clinical and esoteric testing specialist, billing, clients and IT to help manage sendout test ordering.

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years laboratory experience required in an LAS or LA role, including knowledge of medical/laboratory terminology or three (3) year experience as a LCSSI
  • Proficient use of computers with the ability to quickly learn new information systems and software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making skills required
  • Successfully pass the Company pre-employment drug test and periodic and random thereafter
