Position Summary
The position of Interface Implementation Analyst (IIA) will encompass a variety of tasks within the Connectivity Group of the Information Technology Department. The position will require strong knowledge of computer information systems software (systems and application) and networking. In addition, analysis and troubleshooting skills are extremely important.
Location: Remote - US
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration, installation, testing and documentation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related systems interfaces.
- Provide technical support to clients or assist Help Desk staff in providing support to clients on the above mentioned implementations.
- Other project based work as needed.
- Be on call to respond to technical support issues when needed
Core Competencies
- Basic understanding of the HL7 clinical transaction standard.
- Experience with laboratory or other clinical information systems.
- Experience with network connectivity (SFTP, VPN).
- Self-directed, organized, good communication skills, ability to manage multiple implementations at any given time, good follow-up skills.
- Strong Customer Service ethic and prior experience in IT Support and implementations.
