This opportunity is:
Location: Lanihuli, Hawaii
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay: 75k -85k
Hours: Day Shift TBD
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist with data collections, analysis and implementation of quality systems and programs to meet business needs.
- Responsible for assisting in the data collection, analysis, planning and execution of specifically identified projects, including risk assessment, process analysis and evaluation.
- Assist leadership and program staff in utilizing available data to identify cost/utilization/quality patterns and opportunities.
- This position requires working at multiple sites and departments, in collaboration with managers to analyze, recommend and implement improvements.
- Collaborate regularly as a resource and quality point of contact with cross-functional teams throughout the departments of the organization.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or health related sciences from an accredited college program
- Five (3) years’ experience in a clinical laboratory or three (3) years’ experience in data collection and analysis.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point. Proficient in Sunquest/Misys Lab Systems preferred.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and problem-solve
- Must possess a valid and current State of Hawaii Driver license.
- Successfully pass Company pre-employment drug test and periodic and random thereafter.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy required.
