The Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as a liaison to Leadership and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and leads/oversees special projects.
This is a remote opportunity
All you need is:
- Work directly with the DermPath Sr Leadership team to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, client communications, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
- Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
- Coordinate work with other company staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
- Will lead, provide coordination, monitor, and communicate the status of projects and programs.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the Sr Leaders they support; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace or related software program.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
- Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
- Ability to travel to support the needs of the business.
All you need is:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
- At least five years of related experience.
