Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

This position is a multi-tasking position where you will be responsible for handling client calls as well as back up coverage to the front reception desk. Assist with the maintenance of filing outside consult attachments, filing manual requisitions for our dermatopathology cases, assist with the mail distribution of hard copy reports for our clients that still want to receive them and pulling requested materials for send out to other institutions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking client calls.
  • Accurately filing in numeric order requisitions and attachment paperwork.
  • Mailroom distribution of pathology reports to hard copy clients.
  • Handling send outs to outside institutions after receiving approval from the pathologist.

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience working in customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
  • Data entry experience in a production environment
