Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

The Key Account Executive is responsible for the relationship, service and revenue growth of AEL’s most important partner. This individual contributor will coordinate and conduct all sales visits and activities to individual clinics and hospitals. This position will be supported by the client services team.

Travel Required: 50-75%

Location: Remote

In this role, you will:

  • Navigate multi-clinic, multi-hospital system.
  • Regular in-person visits to all clinics and hospitals where lab testing is ordered.
  • Generate opportunities within Key Account for deeper partnership and profitability.
  • Lead all communication and organize efforts to maximize relationship with customer.
  • Market and upsell AEL testing and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer.
  • Rally internal stakeholders for issue and initiative support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Follow all compliance standards and complete all compliance training.

All you need, is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant experience in sales, client services or marketing, preferably in a medical reference laboratory environment.
  • Experience with CRM Operations (HC1)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Highly motivated, results-driven team player
