Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be in post-sales support role, providing patient results and client resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate information to the client on laboratory testing, turn-around times, patient results, pathology results, specimen collection and submission requirements

  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve laboratory service issues to ensure client satisfaction

  • Document and maintain incident reports

  • Interact with clients, couriers, laboratory personnel, sales team on the phone and in person in a positive manner and assist in resolution of client concerns

  • Contact client for missing demographic or insurance information

  • Act as a dispatch service for specimen pickups and distribution of supplies

  • Maintains strictest confidentiality

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a client/customer/patient service representative

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, physicians, and clients
