Description

OpenLoop is looking for a versatile IT Systems and Controls Specialist to manage a diverse range of responsibilities, including system maintenance, LITMOS training development, and new hire onboarding. This role will work on a hybrid model based in Des Moines, IA and will be a member of the IT Team, collaborating closely with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in managing systems and access controls, particularly focusing on storage or security level access. Additionally, this role will involve providing technical support, facilitating training sessions, and assisting with compliance efforts.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement access controls to safeguard the security and integrity of our data.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage various systems and access controls, with a focus on storage or security level access.
  • Lead the creation and development of LITMOS training documentation for system trainings and compliance purposes.
  • Serve as the go-to person for creating and updating LITMOS training documents, providing leadership in training development.
  • Assist with the setup and onboarding of new employees, including introducing them to tech systems and the tech team.
  • Collaborate on rebuilding Google Suite infrastructure to accommodate company growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience, healthcare IT experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite administration and maintenance.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation is preferred.
  • Strong technical proficiency in managing and maintaining IT systems, with expertise in storage or security level access.
  • Proficiency in system administration tools and techniques, including but not limited to Zoho, Healthie, and Google Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Salary Description
$70,000- $85,000
