Marigold Health is seeking a dynamic and driven Provider Engagement Manager to join our team. We are currently looking for an individual to be the leading force that fuels our growing provider relationships in the Mid-Atlantic market. The ideal person will have proven experience in provider relations, building and maintaining relationships and achieving growth targets in industries such as behavioral health, healthcare, or digital health.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers in assigned territory to build loyalty, strengthen Marigold-payer-provider relationship, and increase Marigold Health enrollments originating from providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marigold Health and the provider community.
  • Strategically plan and implement outreach initiatives in collaboration with Operations to generate new member volume.
  • Provide internal teams with competitive insights and market intelligence regarding designated territory.
  • Communicate feedback from external providers to leadership and provide follow-up.
  • Effectively use all Marketing and Communications tools to promote the Marigold Health brand and peer support, using key communication strategies, techniques, and tools.
  • Participate in or attend public engagements, trade shows, business meetings and seminars to promote the expertise of the Marigold Health provider network.
  • Document activities and events in CRM system according to Business Development team goals and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in business development, provider relations, or account management, preferably within the healthcare, digital health, or behavioral health industries.
  • Growth mindset: Track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets, along with excellent relationship and closing skills.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), digital meeting platforms, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with mental health solutions, digital health trends, or healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Will be required to travel greater than 50% of time to perform work duties.

Reporting, Compensation & Benefits

  • You will report to the Director of Partnership Success
  • This is a full-time, exempt, salaried role
  • The base salary for this role will be $85,000 - $100,000 with OTE of $110,000 - $125,000
