About the Role
Janie is looking for a Training and Certification Specialist to join our growing training team. You’ll work directly with our Training Manager to deliver world-class training programs that prepare our agents to succeed with clients from day one.
This role is hands-on: you’ll run live sessions, build and improve training materials, assess agent readiness, and give ongoing support after placement. You’ll play acritical role in making sure our agents are confident, consistent, and client-ready—while helping us scale training across a fast-growing, global team.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver and support our structured 3–4 week paid training program (mix of Thinkific modules, live sessions, async exercises).
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions that cover client communication, technical tools, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Run roleplays, mock scenarios, and checkpoints to assess agent skills and readiness.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to new agents throughout training.
  • Help maintain and update training rubrics, course content, and performance benchmarks.
  • Track training outcomes and flag performance trends to the Training Manager.
  • Screen candidates, assess client readiness, and make recommendationsregarding advancement or graduation.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Ops, and CS to align training delivery with client and business needs.
  • Support ongoing refreshers, continued education, and post-placement coaching.
About You
  • 2–4 years in training, learning & development, coaching, or education—ideally in fast-paced or remote-first environments.
  • Comfortable leading live training sessions and engaging learners in a virtual setting.
  • Strong communicator with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Collaborative team player—ready to work closely with the Training Manager and other trainers.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed and building confidence in new skills.
  • Comfortable enforcing a quality bar when exclusion is required.
Bonus If You Have
  • Experience training remote or offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with Thinkific or other LMS tools.
  • Background in dental, healthcare, CX, or high-volume service roles.
  • Knowledge of tools like EHRs, scheduling systems, or Stripe.
