The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound lead opportunities—from the first conversation through signed contract. You’ll manage inbound lead flow, demos, and follow-ups, while guiding healthcare providers through our proven sales motion. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves engaging with prospects, and can close deals with confidence and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up with ~80-100 inbound leads per month
- Qualify prospects, uncover needs, highlight how Janie's agent workforce can support practices.
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and client / agent interviews.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, demo, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize inbound lead conversion.
- Deliver an exceptional prospect experience, acting as a trusted advisor.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare tech, or staffing.
- Track record of success managing high-volume inbound sales for SMB.
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills (verbal + written).
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while staying organized.
- Comfort working in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales tools.

Compensation
- South Africa and LATAM: $3500 - $4500 OTE
- Europe: varies by country, but competitive with market
