About the Role

Janie is looking for a Training Manager to build and lead our agent training function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that will own the design, delivery, and performance outcomes of a global training system—designed to produce client-ready digital agents with speed, consistency, and trust.
We’re growing fast and investing heavily in quality. You’ll lead the charge on standardizing our curriculum, scaling live and async training, and building a feedback loop that connects recruiting, training, client needs, and real-world agent performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end training system: design, curriculum, delivery, performance measurement
  • Launch and manage a structured 3–4 week paid training program for new agents (Thinkific, live sessions, async materials)
  • Hire, manage, and coach a global team of 2–3 trainers
  • Build and maintain rubrics, mock scenarios, and pass/fail checkpoints for placement readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Recruiting, and CS to align on needs, expectations, and feedback loops
  • Ensure agents graduate with known capabilities in:
    • Client communication & de-escalation
    • Technical tools (EHRs, scheduling, Stripe, Slack)
    • HIPAA and compliance
    • Professionalism and reliability
  • Create ongoing performance-driven refreshers and post-placement support modules


About You

  • 5+ years in training, learning & development, or enablement—preferably in a fast-paced or remote-first environment
  • Experience building and scaling operational or client-facing training programs
  • Obsessed with quality, clarity, and speed
  • Strong instructional design skills, especially for async/digital delivery
  • Able to manage up/down/across—experienced in cross-functional execution
  • You see training as both a brand amplifier and a risk control layer


Bonus If You Have

  • Experience training offshore or global remote teams
  • Familiarity with Thinkific or similar LMS platforms
  • Knowledge of Stripe, EHR systems, scheduling tools
  • Background in healthcare, CX, or high-volume service businesses
