Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Brand Specialist to own our brand presence across social channels. This role blends employer branding (talent marketing) and client-facing storytelling, ensuring Janie is seen as both the best place to work and the smartest partner to hire. You’ll lead our social strategy, grow brand awareness, and activate communities across both sides of our marketplace.
What You'll Do
  • Build and execute Janie’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to engage both prospective clients and top-tier remote healthcare talent.
  • Spark organic engagement and conversations in niche online communities (e.g., r/RemoteWork, r/MedicalAssistants, healthcare Facebook groups) to attract talent and generate qualified leads.
  • Create compelling content (posts, reels, videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes) that showcases our agents, client success stories, and the impact of digital staffing.
  • Partner with Talent and Sales teams to support hiring pipelines and drive demo volume through social engagement.
  • Own the content calendar and manage publishing across platforms with consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Track performance, iterate based on insights, and scale what works.
  • Launch and grow Janie’s digital presence in new geos (LatAm, Philippines, South Africa) with locally relevant content.
  • Spark and manage online community engagement among active clients and remote agents.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in social media, talent marketing, or brand strategy—preferably in a tech, SaaS, or remote-first environment.
  • A strong portfolio of past social campaigns that drove engagement, hiring, or B2B interest.
  • Deep understanding of how to speak to both talent and client personas.
  • Skilled in short-form video, reels, and storytelling across visual and written formats.
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and data-aware—able to balance creative with performance.
Nice to Have
  • Healthcare, staffing, or B2B SaaS experience
  • Familiarity with employer branding frameworks or talent acquisition funnels
