  About the Position:
  We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care and coordination of our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary focus will be on overseeing patient appointments, coordinating treatments, and providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic setting.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Patient Communication: Answer phone calls and manage client inquiries regarding pet care.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments, including follow-ups and reminders for vaccinations and routine check-ups.
- Care Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to create individualized care plans.
- Office Management: Handle general office duties like managing emails and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
- Live Scribing: Accurately document veterinary visits and treatments, ensuring clear communication among the care team.
Requirements:
  - US Veterinary Customer service is PREFERRED
