About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of channel nuance, analytics, and creative understanding, where your primary responsibility will be owning the Meta Ads platform. This is a high-impact role, as you will be leading efforts on our main growth channel. It involves:

1) Campaign Management – Manage large-scale budget campaigns on Meta with significant room for experimentation and testing.

2) Scaling – Drive growth in the US market while helping launch campaigns in new markets as we expand.

3) AI led Ad Ops management – Leverage AI to generate insights that help scale the account, and build systems and workflows that enable efficient operations on the Meta Ads platform.

4) Multi-channel Exposure – As you grow into the role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on large-scale paid acquisition across Google, Amazon, TikTok, and YouTube.

Primary responsibilities

Own the full campaign lifecycle on Meta Ads — from planning to launch, and ensuring seamless performance monitoring post-launch. This includes:

a) Break quarterly plans into weekly scaling and optimization opportunities.

b) Continuously reinvent ad operations processes to scale effectively.

c) Collaborate with the creative team to manage the creative pipeline.

d) Launch campaigns and ads effectively in Meta Ads Manager.

e) Perform biweekly audits to identify gaps or leakages in the account.

f) Collaborate with the analytics team to generate insights around account performance and scaling opportunities.

g) Run structured A/B tests, document insights, and translate them into actionable learnings.

h) Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry shifts; proactively bring actionable recommendations to the team.

What We Are Looking ForMust have

a) 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads, preferably for consumer tech, D2C, or high-growth brands.

b) Must have graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. An engineering background is preferred.

c) Analytically sharp — comfortable diving deep into performance data, forming hypotheses, challenging assumptions, and guiding analytics teams toward actionable insights.

d) Solid understanding of Meta Ads’ tech stack. Must have hands-on experience with Meta’s tracking infrastructure, including Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), standard/custom events, event deduplication, and post-iOS 14 attribution.

e) Strong command over campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and full-funnel growth strategies.

Preferred to have

a) Deep interest in how AI is transforming performance marketing and operations; ideally someone who has already experimented with or built AI-led workflows/tools for their own use.

b) Ability to think beyond ads and understand the entire acquisition funnel — from creative and landing page experience to conversion flow and retention.
