Work Experience
4-6 years of proven experience in Human Resources
Qualification
MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Skills
Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools
Capability to identify HR challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions
Strong conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities
Business Partnering
- Work closely with the HRBP in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on talent development and retention.
- Partner with the HR team to execute engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms that drive a positive employee experience.
- Provide operational support in talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and drive the adoption of new programs or policies.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, offering insights and managing operational aspects as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Collaborate with various internal teams within the organization to provide right and timely support to the business/ employees.
- Lead and support special projects.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with legal regulations and organizational needs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements and prepare necessary reports for audits.
- Continuously improve HR workflows and leverage HRIS tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role transitions, performance milestones, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at each stage.
- Gather, prepare, and maintain accurate employee data to support reporting, compliance, and HR decision-making.
