Job Description

As an Integrated Marketing Manager/Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Inito’s marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative campaigns across all digital channels, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires someone who can manage ambiguity, feel comfortable in the unknown, wear many hats, and lead with a solutions-oriented mindset, as they navigate this ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Work with the creative team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. Example: Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, new product launches etc.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Ensure campaigns incorporate strong storytelling and customer-centric messaging to create an emotional connection with the audience.
  • Develop and execute brand events at exhibitions and trade fairs across the world
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Work with the Head of Marketing & Data team to analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Be Inito’s point of contact with external agencies. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.

Location:

Bangalore| Hybrid.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendgrid) is good
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
