Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for employees to address queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in the development, rollout, and enforcement of HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with policies across all departments, providing training or resources when needed.
- Plan and execute activities to improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct feedback surveys and analyze engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use HRIS and related tools to maintain and update employee data and records accurately.
- Generate reports and use analytics to provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master's in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details.
- Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems
- Understanding of labor-laws, regulations and compliance
- Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment.
