Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for employees to address queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
  • Mediate conflicts and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in the development, rollout, and enforcement of HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with policies across all departments, providing training or resources when needed.
  • Plan and execute activities to improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct feedback surveys and analyze engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use HRIS and related tools to maintain and update employee data and records accurately.
  • Generate reports and use analytics to provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Master's in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details.
  • Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems
  • Understanding of labor-laws, regulations and compliance
  • Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment.
