What You'll Bring
- A passion for building a blueprint for a brand that’s at the forefront of cutting edge technology
- An understanding of inclusive health and wellness
- A knack for storytelling and creating compelling content across digital channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok among others
- Knowledge about inclusive communications focusing on LGBTQIA+ audiences
- Experience in brand management, brand campaigns and measuring success, with a focus on digital channels
- A data-driven mindset and a love for problem-solving
What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Inito's vision and business goals. Examples include campaigns around Mother’s Day, Miscarriage Week, or promotional events like Black Friday. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Budget Management & Analytics: Build out a budget to maximize ROI. Own the analytics and measurement for your channel, ensuring data-driven decisions that optimize performance.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including product launches, social media campaigns, and sales initiatives. Oversee content development for digital, print, and OOH channels, ensuring all copy and messaging align with Inito’s voice.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints. Be the guardian of brand consistency and integrity.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to inform brand strategy and positioning within the US market. Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies to keep Inito’s brand strategy relevant and impactful. Understand our target audience deeply to craft messages that resonate emotionally and intellectually.
- PR and Communications: Build out a robust PR story in the US and locally (India), maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, tech journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Develop and implement effective PR strategies that break through the status quo of traditional ovulation strips and position Inito as the category leader in hormone tracking. Key KPIs include Share of Voice (SOV), Earned Media Reach, Paid Media Reach, and Sentiment Analysis.
- Brand Custodian/Campaigns: You will be responsible for all aspects of the brand, working closely with the Brand, Growth, and other Marketing members to build evocative campaigns across channels. Like Mother's Day, Miscarriage Week, etc.
- Pulse of the US Consumer Market: Follow US cultural trends, notice shifts in consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to craft relevant campaigns for our consumers.
- 1-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within tech start-ups, FMCG, or healthcare industries
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling, strategic brand narratives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Analytical bent of mind
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with the ability to adapt brand strategies to new platforms and technologies
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring that all brand initiatives drive measurable outcomes
- Very high execution bias
