Inito is a Y Combinator-backed health tech startup that helps consumers learn more about their bodies and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals. We are building a platform that allows diagnostic tests on fertility, diabetes, high cholesterol, infections, and more on a smartphone with lab-grade accuracy. Our tight integration of proprietary hardware, biotechnology, computer vision algorithms, and machine learning makes it possible for consumers to not just get data about their bodies but also an analysis of what it means.

Every human being needs access to healthcare and data about their body parameters. Our vision is to give people insights about their bodies in every household - just like a thermometer does today. Our users have taken over 1 million tests for our first use case - monitoring fertility hormones. This largest dataset of fertility hormones in the world helps us suggest fertile days, confirm Ovulation, and manage conditions like PCOS.

The Inito App was featured on the Apple App Store twice in 2020. In 2021, we became the first home device from India to clear the US FDA Regulatory Pathway.

On the back of strong product-market fit and US Launch, we tripled our revenue in 2021. Our focus in 2021 is to heavily invest in our engineering, product, and data science capability to allow users to get deeper insights from their data, expand to use cases beyond fertility hormone testing, and establish ourselves as a leader in this massive market ripe for disruption!

At Inito, You Will Be Responsible For

• Build next-generation software including web applications, database integration, and interfaces that are efficient, reusable, and with a prime focus on customer delight.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code. Obsess over quality
• Participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a Scrum team.
• Identify and communicate best practices for application architecture.
• Work closely with the Product Managers, Designers, and developers to implement versatile back-end solutions.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.
• Interacting with other team members to collaborate on innovations with teams across Inito.
• Support testing and deployment of new products and features
• Handle Cloud Architecture to help the Product Scale
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of relevant full-stack development work experience preferred.
• Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking.
• Strong sense of ownership and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and collaboration.
• Experience with programming languages and tools, including but not limited to Ruby/ Node.js / Python / Reacts/ PostgreSQL / Git / Linux / Amazon Web Services, REST, and Web Technologies.
• Hands-on experience in RestApi development.
• You enjoy reviewing and documenting code, pair programming, and get excited about improving tools and processes
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
