Job Purpose

Inito is a Y Combinator-backed health tech company that lets you test for fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid, etc., on an at-home device and app. Our mission is to help consumers learn more about their bodies and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals.

Our first product, the Inito Fertility Monitor, helps couples trying to conceive know their fertile window, confirm if they ovulate, and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy pregnancy.

Inito is also the first at-home medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store, and launch in the US. Our strong social presence includes 30K+ followers on Instagram and 100+K on TikTok, with 100+ ads running at any given point.

We have a highly engaged Facebook and Reddit community of over 20k+ users globally with 120+ posts per day. We aim to expand and deepen our community engagement.

We are looking for a Community Associate who can play a vital role in fostering a supportive and engaging community for our users. You will be responsible for creating content, moderating discussions, and driving engagement across our community platforms, like Facebook and Reddit. Your efforts will help our community members feel informed, supported, and connected as they navigate their journey.

Key Accountabilities

  • Brainstorm with the community team to create campaigns, and other interactive experiences to boost community engagement on platforms like Facebook and Reddit.
  • Welcome new members into our community, help them feel at home, and encourage them to start engaging with other members.
  • Identify and recruit active members of the community to assist with moderation and organic marketing efforts.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and lively space for our members by actively listening, answering queries, showing empathy, moderating content, and diffusing any situations with finesse.
  • Dive into quantitative data metrics and qualitative insights like user feedback and sentiment to understand our community needs.
  • Collaborate with our experts, including fertility coaches, doctors, biotech engineers, and clinical specialists, to provide accurate answers and education within the community.
  • Bring different insights and feedbacks about the product and the customer journey from the community to our product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Be open to using your personal facebook profile to interact with community, adding a personal touch that can build trust and connection beyond what company pages offer.

Working Relationships

Internal: Aastha Jain Bhatia & Saloni Jain mainly, Jheel Bhandari & Kapil Agarwal. Some collaboration with rest of the marketing team, product team, CS team, Ops team.

External: Inito community members (on facebook and reddit)

Work Experience

1-2 years of experience in community management, or customer support, or ORM or social media management (More in regards to management than content creation). Bonus points if they have managed their own community on any social media platforms.
