Inito’s flagship product enables testing of women’s hormones - FSH, LH, Estrogen, and Progesterone metabolite, for women who are actively trying to conceive or seeking to learn more about their bodies and achieve overall health goals.

This FDA registered product comprises a sophisticated device, an app, and a powerful backend with AI-driven algorithms for personalized insights, precise ovulation tracking, and screening for potential health issues.

By incorporating science and big data into their fertility journey, we empower women in their reproductive healthcare journey.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Design Director to lead our design team and drive the creative direction of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of designers. As the Product Design Director, you will be responsible for shaping the design strategy, ensuring design excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product designers, UX/UI designers, and researchers.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Design Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with the company's goals and vision.
• Drive the overall design direction, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform design decisions.

Product Development:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the needs of the end-users.

Quality Assurance and Design Standards:

• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the design team.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand market needs and customer feedback.
• Present design concepts and solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and design communities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to launch.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
