Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand our unique requirements for every role
• Build a strong sourcing pipeline and communicate the company’s vision and requirements to them
• Create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the interview process in line with our culture
• Negotiate and close selected candidates
• Take ownership of recruiting initiatives such as campus placements, tech meet-ups, hackathons, etc.
