Inito is a Y Combinator backed health tech company that lets you test for fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid etc. on an at-home device and App. Our mission is to help consumers learn more about their body and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals.

Our first product, the Inito Fertility Monitor, helps couples trying to conceive know when they are most fertile, confirm if they ovulate and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy pregnancy.

Inito is also the first at-home medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store and launch in the US.

We have 20k+ followers on Instagram & 100k+ followers on Tiktok, & we are looking to grow in terms of numbers as well as in terms of the trust of potential customers in us by looking at our public channels. We are also currently working with some of the top social media influencers in the fertility & hormone tracking niche, along with several micro influencers.

We have a highly engaged Facebook community of over 15k+ users globally where 60% are Active Daily.

We are looking for a Content Manager with a flair for simplifying complex medical topics into engaging, understandable content - edutainment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in content creation who is ready to step into a strategic position and eventually lead a team. Required Experience:

4-5 years agency/start-up experience (bonus points for freelance experience & if you personally create content on social media)

Job Description

  • Lead the conceptualisation, briefing and execution of an edutainment content strategy (specific to the platform) that makes hormone health accessible and engaging - ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and brand voice.
  • Craft and manage a diverse range of content formats, including videos, infographics, and social media posts, that simplify complex medical concepts.
  • Collaborate with medical experts to ensure accuracy while maintaining an engaging narrative, & collaborate with the creative team for deliverables.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize the effectiveness of educational material and maximize audience engagement as well as trust.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and integrate relevant U.S. pop culture references to enhance content relatability and appeal.
  • Plan and oversee the growth of the content team as the company expands, ensuring a focus on educational integrity and creativity.
