Inito is a Y Combinator & Fireside ventures backed Direct-to-Consumer health tech company that enables at-home testing of fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid biomarkers. Our mission is to empower consumers to learn more about their body and get actionable, real time insights to achieve their overall health goals.

Inito's flagship product offers at-home hormone testing for FSH, LH, Estrogen, and Progesterone metabolite, tailored to women who are planning for pregnancy, actively trying to conceive, or simply seeking to learn more about their cycles.

This FDA approved product comprises a sophisticated device, an app, and a powerful backend with AI-driven algorithms for personalized insights, precise ovulation tracking, and screening for potential health issues. By incorporating science and big data into their fertility journey, we empower women in their reproductive healthcare journey.

We have built a strong online presence across social media (Tik Tok & Instagram) and YouTube by working with over 100 micro and macro influencers in the US market. In this growth stage of our journey, we are now looking for a stellar marketer to build, formalize and scale our influencer programme.

4-5 years corporate/startup/agency experience (Bonus if you are a content creator yourself!)

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy to meet the goal of having 180+ relevant influencers posting each month by the end of 2024.
  • Choose & manage an influencer management platform for seamless analytics.
  • Monitor influencer marketing trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply them to improve the company's influencer presence.
  • Communicate with influencers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a meaningful relationship with them. This includes a one-on-one relationship as well as building a sense of community between all the influencers we work with.
  • Be able to understand the ‘trying to conceive’ & ‘medical’ niche, find relevant influencers, provide them with creative ideas; & be able to negotiate based on market standards/expected ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - marketing, design, medical and content, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Analyze influencer and metrics to identify trends, track performance, conversions & ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry partners to expand the brand's reach and enhance collaborations.
  • Monitor competitors' social media presence and activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement & identify new trends/influencers in the fertility/health industry.
  • Be able to manage a team.
