Job Summary:

Inito is seeking a Biotech QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quality control in order to ensure the lateral assay and wet lab are carried out seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality control assessments of lateral assays and wet lab processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for lateral assay products, including validation protocols and documentation.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement within the lateral assay and wet lab workflows.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address any deviations from quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Generate regular reports on quality metrics and key performance indicators related to lateral assays and wet lab processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to lateral assays and wet lab techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in regulatory audits as needed.

Training and Development:

• Provide training to laboratory staff on quality control procedures and best practices in lateral assays.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
