Inito is a Y Combinator backed health tech company that lets you test for fertility hormones, diabetes, vitamins, thyroid etc. on an at-home device and App. Our mission is to help consumers learn more about their body and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals.

Our first product, the Inito Fertility Monitor, helps couples trying to conceive know when they are most fertile, confirm if they ovulate and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy Pregnancy.

Inito is also the first at-home medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store and launch in the US.

What would you be doing here?

Executive Support:

Manage and schedule meetings for Founders & End to end calendar management.

Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and requests to optimize the Founders time.

Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements

Project Coordination:

Coordinating and working with Cross-Functional teams to ensure project deliverables.

Assist in research, data analysis, and information gathering as needed to support decision-making.

Communication:

Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Founders

Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.

Coordinate Founder’s meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners and maintain minutes of meetings.

Strategic Initiatives:

Special projects might entail the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to support decision-making and may involve supporting the Founders in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. This could include market research, competitive analysis, and helping to develop strategies for expansion, product launches, or entering new markets.

Travel and Event Management:

Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations for executives and if necessary prepare their expense reports.

Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.

Expense Management:

Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Event Planning:

Organizing and coordinating high-profile events, such as product launches, investor meetings, or company-wide celebrations. This could involve managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance processes within the organization. This may involve conducting process audits, suggesting efficiency improvements, and actively participating in the implementation of changes.

Emergency Response:

Assisting in crisis management or emergency response plans. This could include helping the Founders coordinate communication and actions during unexpected events.

Innovation and Research:

Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. You might be tasked with conducting research to inform strategic decisions.

Customized Requests:

Highly tailored requirements based on the unique needs of the Founders and the company. These could encompass personal tasks, philanthropic efforts, or any other responsibilities requiring special attention.

What are we looking for?

  • 2-5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position assisting top leadership .
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proficient in Office Productivity tools like Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc., with a strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • A great personality - affable & pleasing yet assertive Proficiency with digital office applications (e.g. e-calendars, virtual platforms, etc)
  • Background in the hospitality industry OR travel & tourism experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
