Position Summary:
At FlyteHealth, we build clinical programs that deliver measurable cardiometabolic and whole-person health outcomes. The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role is responsible for designing and supporting the care pathways, workflows, and quality frameworks that enable scalable, guideline-driven clinical excellence. This role supports new program development, NCQA accreditation readiness, payer-aligned documentation, and customer-facing clinical representation. The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience, comfort working across teams, and the ability to translate clinical standards into high-performing day-to-day practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of FlyteHealth’s clinical programs across multiple disease states, ensuring alignment with evidence-based guidelines and FlyteHealth’s whole-health model.
- Create and refine workflows, protocols, and documentation standards that support scalable, high-quality care delivery.
- Support NCQA standards—supporting accreditation readiness, evidence submission, and ongoing compliant operations.
- Ensure clinical teams are operating in alignment with Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) billing requirements, including documentation expectations and coding considerations.
- Assist with quality measurement and performance tracking, supporting clinical teams in meeting key metrics and improvement targets.
- Participate in internal audits and quality-improvement initiatives to strengthen clinical consistency and operational reliability.
- Present FlyteHealth’s clinical approach, workflows, and quality frameworks to customers and prospective partners in collaboration with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams.
- Provide training and onboarding support for clinicians to ensure consistent understanding of guidelines, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Partner closely with Product to translate clinical requirements into product features, tools, and workflow enhancements.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and emerging clinical best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license; BSN preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in programs such as population health, chronic disease management, ambulatory care, care coordination, or clinical quality improvement.
- Experience in virtual-first or hybrid care models. Demonstrated experience contributing to program development or clinical workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with NCQA accreditation and operational requirements.
- Working knowledge of FFS billing and documentation requirements across Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging customers and external partners.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams.
- Experience in customer-facing or payer-facing clinical discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HEDIS, Stars, or other national quality frameworks.
