About the Role The internship offers an opportunity to support both the technical and operational facets of a rapidly growing digital health company. Interns will contribute to research, analytics, product-support work, and clinical workflow documentation—all key to FlyteHealth’s mission of delivering scalable, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, cleaning or reporting for clinical outcomes or product metrics.
• Support research into emerging trends in metabolic health, digital therapeutics, or care delivery.
• Help document workflows, user journeys, or technical features of the FlyteHealth platform.
• Contribute to product or service usability testing and feedback loops.
• Assist in preparing summaries or communication materials summarizing findings for internal teams.

What We’re Looking For FlyteHealth seeks an intern who is analytically curious, comfortable with technical or data-driven tasks, and eager to learn in a startup health-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in healthcare innovation, and the ability to work across both clinical workflow and tech/product contexts.

Bonus Skills

• Experience or coursework in data analytics, visualization or use of tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with digital health, telemedicine, clinical workflows or health outcomes research.
• Interest in healthcare technology, startup operations, or health-behavior change interventions.
