Aegle Capital is aimed at solving market constraints in the traditional insurance markets. Starting with solutions to address the expense of protecting against the financial impact of a high-cost health insurance claim, Aegle is providing solutions to address the timing of reimbursement, credit offerings to bridge the insurance gaps and captive solutions to allow for companies to retain the funds that traditionally would have been used to fund the administrative expenses and profit margins of insurance companies. Aegle was founded in 2020 and has its corporate headquarters based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Aegle is looking to hire a Partnership Associate to join the growing team. The ideal candidate is someone looking to dive in and start a career at a fast-growing company. We desire a player who will help take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Assist partnership team with distribution partner related tasks
• Help ensure client functions are running efficiently
• Able to engage customers through email, phone, or in-person meetings
• Assist internal teams such as product, operations and marketing to support client communication, training needs and other client deliverables

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills: ability to actively listen, clearly articulate ideas and build rapport
• Willingness to assist with other departmental functions as necessary
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel
• Self-starter who is accessible, analytical, and a problem solver
• Ability to travel, as necessary, to meet with customers/teams

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Area or Minneapolis, MN
