Aegle Capital is aimed at solving market constraints in the traditional insurance markets. Starting with solutions to address the expense of protecting against the financial impact of a high-cost health insurance claim, Aegle is providing solutions to address the timing of reimbursement, credit offerings to bridge the insurance gaps and captive solutions to allow for companies to retain the funds that traditionally would have been used to fund the administrative expenses and profit margins of insurance companies. Aegle was founded in 2020 and has its corporate headquarters based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Aegle is looking to hire an Operations Associate to join the growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to blaze a career path at their own pace. In this fantastic career opportunity, we desire a key player who will help take our Company to the next level.
Responsibilities & Opportunities:
- Perform and execute on claim funding and reimbursement activity, including analysis and reconciliation of transactions
- Assist with varying reporting needs, packages, statements, customer write-ups, etc.
- Collaborate with key individuals and teams to ensure operational key performance metrics are met
- Operational support organized around functions focused on efficiency, improvement, and scalability of solutions
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience; business operations, data and analytics, claims analysis, performance management
- Experience in self-funded plans, preferably stop loss insurance and/or claims support
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel
- Self-starter who is accessible, analytical, problem solver
- Strong communication and organization skills
