What You Will Do

A Clinical Pharmacist, you will meet with patients virtually to provide patient counseling and support to discuss prescribed medication.

Day – To – Day Responsibilities:

Meet with a diverse group of patients virtually to provide guidance on medication

Collaborate with providers and patients on the approach for the best outcomes for the patients

Build a patient panel

Provide virtual patient counseling on a flexible schedule up to 20 hours per week between Monday through Friday from 9am – 7:30pm

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

PharmD or equivalent

Active, unrestricted license in state of position posting

At least 3 years clinical, retail, and/or MTM experience

Direct patient counseling experience

Broad understanding of disease states and pharmaceutical care

Maintain personal liability insurance

Exceptional listening and motivational interviewing skills

Excellent patient-focused customer service skills

Laptop/PC with video capabilities

Secure high speed Internet access

Ability to speak fluently with patients in Spanish required

Nice – To – Haves:

Preferred pharmacist experience: 5 years

Licensure in additional states is a plus
