Job Purpose: To Manage the Travel Requirements

Key Accountabilities

  • Travel Arrangements:

Organizing and booking transportation, lodging, and related travel services for employees and company representatives. Coordinating travel schedules, itineraries, and special requirements.

  • Visa & Passport Assistance:

Managing the application process for visas and passports, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up. Keeping track of expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals.

  • Accommodation Management:

Securing accommodations for work-related travel, events, or relocations. Negotiating corporate rates with hotels and service providers.

  • Administrative Support:

Handling other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and liaising with external agencies. Managing travel expense reports and ensuring adherence to policies.

  • Policy Compliance and Updates:

Ensuring all travel and administrative activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements. Regularly updating travel guidelines and administrative processes.

Work Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate
